Delivery: 

We send all of our gift boxes by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded post. We currently only deliver within the UK but please contact us at info@oneandtwenty.co.uk if you would like an international delivery and we will be happy to discuss. Please note delivery charges will be based on destination. If you are ordering from the Channel Islands or Scottish highlands we will get in touch to discuss delivery to you.

We’ll always do our very best to dispatch your item/s within 48 hours of your order being placed through Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be prepared on Monday (or Tuesday following a bank holiday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail when you have placed an order and then another with a tracking number when your order is on its way to you.


Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order. If you have not received your order within 7 working days please contact us at info@oneandtwenty.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

If you have any special requests or need an item urgently please e-mail us at info@oneandtwenty.co.uk and we'll be happy to accommodate where possible. (Please note this may incur an additional fee for express delivery).

 

Returns:

We take a huge amount of care in preparing our gift boxes but if it turns out that you're not happy with your item due to damage or default on arrival, we are happy to replace your item or alternatively refund you the cost of your order within 28 days. Your refund will be processed within 7 days. Please notify us of your intentions to return any items within 14 days of receipt. When returning items we strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in the post unless we have this.
